Geovanna is absolutely one of the best fitness coach we have ever had! She has the background, encouragement, and commitment to help you succeed.
Geovanna became our Pilates Coach in February. We had never taken a Pilates or Yoga class before. We began our journey with Geovanna in her studio at our gym, and immediately found her to be positive, upbeat and highly skilled. Geovanna began by teaching us the basics including the correct breathing techniques. From the beginning we have enjoyed every minute with Geovanna. She is extremely encouraging, and she offered us continual assistance, even providing us with stretches and exercises that we could do at home. We loved our sessions with Geovanna and were extremely disappointed when our gym closed during the pandemic. However, that did not stop Geovanna! During the pandemic while our gym was closed we began taking zoom classes with her to continue our progress. Our sessions include a mixture of mat Pilates and Yoga, along with overall body conditioning. She continued to expand our workouts by incorporating exercise balls and bands.
In every workout session Geovanna teaches us something new and continues to challenge us. Her workouts are exciting and unique! We are continuously amazed at the progress we have made. Even though we are both in our mid to late 50s we have lost weight, gained strength, and improved our overall physical wellness. We strongly believe that this is the type of exercise we need to do as we age. Under Geovanna’s coaching we are increasing our flexibility, balance, and endurance without stressing or straining our bodies. We are also increasing our body awareness which is further improving our physical health.
Geovanna always listens to our needs and plans our exercises accordingly. When we express concern about a specific body part she provides us with the exercises we need to improve that area. She also understands our injuries and ailments and can always find a way to work around them to accomplish our goals!
In addition to exercises, Geovanna is concerned about our entire wellbeing. She provides advice on nutrition and how to improve our overall health. Geovanna is enthusiastic, outgoing, and always willing to answer questions.
We look forward to continuing our journey with Geovanna! Our only regret is that we didn’t start this exercise program sooner. She is a fantastic coach and has become a great friend!
