Pilates Method has transformed my life not just personally but professionally!
I found Pilates 20 years ago! after my first child was born Pilates was the only form of exercise that gave me everything I needed to lose pregnancy weight, toned my body back in shape, gave me energy, mind and body strength to cope with all the physical and mental demands of being a first time mommy. Pilates taught me to listen to my body, to work with it in a smart and gentle way so I can make sure to get stronger without the risk of injury, being a mind and body technique, Pilates helped me to focus and learn to concentrate and let it go of the mindless repetitions and instead create a mindful and conscious movement.
I can say that with Pilates I learned to meditate, to quiet my mind and listen to my body.
