"Geovy was a miracle worker for our eleven year old daughter Natalie. Natalie had extremely debilitating “growing pains” in her legs for months, making it almost impossible for her to participate in sports or even go up and down the stairs.
Physical therapy through our doctors office proved ineffective and had to be discontinued. Also we wanted to discontinue the use of ibuprofen.
When we got in touch with Geovy, she immediately established a fantastic rapport with Nat, asked a lot of questions and soon had a plan to move forward with.
The exercise plan wasn’t only beneficial to helping Nat back to full mobility and flexibility, the work out was fun and kept her engaged, looking forward to the next session. It was great to watch listen to the two interact as they worked. Geovy obviously has a way with children.

I came to know Geovanna as my Pilates instructor at the Colleen Lizardi Fitness Studio She is a dedicated instructor who will teach you the best form so you do the most to strengthen your body. She also will continue to push you to new levels as you become fitter and stronger! She is as kind and sincere of a person as you will ever meet! My time working out with Geovanna was of much benefit in my life! I consider her a sweet friend as well as someone concerned about the well-being of each of her clients.

Working with Geovy is like nothing I've ever experienced before. I've tried to do Yoga by watching a video, but this is different. She concentrates on your body alignment and strength, which I really need. When my back is feeling bad, I remember her advice and lie on my back on the mat and try to align myself as she has coached me to do. I can't quite get it right without her eyes on me to correct what I am not remembering. I would like to keep my body in as good a shape as I can at my age and not just give in that this is as good as it gets. So when she has her on-line workouts I want to be there.
